I just had EXCELLENT customer service provided by Lisa at Marlow Campbell Insurance. I called, wanting to get some clarity on a small billing change I noted on my recent statement. Lisa took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and to go over both my home and auto insurance policies. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind and helped me make important decisions in updating both policies. What a great asset Lisa is to Marlow Campbell Insurance and I highly recommend this company!

Super responsive and quick turn around. Also they are great at assigning one member to take on your case so it is pretty personalized. So far the enrollment process has been seamless and painful. Will update as needed.
